We design, print, mail and distribute brochures to art enthusiasts around the Midwest and beyond. Your business is listed prominently. We mail out 4,000 brochures to patrons.

Website and Social Media

Our professionally designed website mirrors our brochure and also includes links to your website. Perhaps you would like to link us on your website. We maintain a year-round presence on social media and hope you “like” or “link” us.

Radio and Publications

Ads are read on WPR the month leading up to the Tour. We are also featured on banners on the WPR website. Press releases and feature articles will be in local media outlets.

Convention and Visitors Bureau

We are featured in “Things to Do” for three months prior to the Tour and listed with advertisement in the “Visitors Guide”.

Sponsor material on Tour

Sponsor material such as brochures, menus, coupons, flyers and posters can be displayed at each studio during the Tour weekend.

TOUR PREMIER SPONSOR | $200+
All Tour Sponsor benefits, plus prominent website recognition, an individual social media feature, and an invitation to the Hidden Studios artists’ gathering.

2027 PRINT DEADLINE
Commit by January 15, 2027, for inclusion in the printed brochure and map. Later sponsorships can still receive website and social media recognition.

Each year, Hidden Studios Art Tour chooses a local nonprofit organization to donate a percentage of profits to.

2025 - Boys and Girls Club-Amherst

2024 - Amherst Fire District-raised $1433

2023 — Waupaca Art Hub - received $650

2022 — Portage County Meals on Wheels - received $750

2021 — HSAT Artists donated to The Waupaca Area Food Pantry to help them rebuild their funds after the COVID-19 pandemic. - Artists raised over $900 for the pantry.
